Depending on the type of organisation payment of the Corporate Membership Fee will entitle
an organisationӳ employees, visitors, delegates, season ticket holders or parents of
pupils to register individually and use the service for free.
Payment between members
If you’re a driver you should reasonably expect a passenger to contribute to half of
your fuel and car-parking costs.
If you’re a passenger you should reasonably expect to pay a driver the above costs.
This will be pro rata for more than one passenger.
As a guide for a one-off journey the passenger should pay ñ for being picked up and 5
pence per mile travelled (average fuel costs are around 10 pence per mile).
For regular commuter journeys (five days per week) we suggest 50p per day for pick up and 5
pence per mile travelled.
These are only guidelines and drivers and passengers should agree terms at the outset,
including frequency of payment (we suggest daily to start with).
